We, therefore, the undersigned citizens of the United States, petition President Obama and the U.S. Congress to act immediately to protect American lives by preventing Guantanamo detainees from being housed in the continental United States and ensuring that Guantanamo Bay detainees are not able to resume involvement in, or become active in, terrorist organizations at any time in the future.

Furthermore, we petition the Administration to protect our troops and ensure that terrorists are held accountable by creating a new set of international rules to set transparent guidelines for how countries can fight the War on Terror.

Yes, I want to publicly endorse the No Catch and Release principles and join the grassroots effort to secure terrorists and save lives!
